Processing is 7 business days and MAY TAKE LONGER IF ORDERED DURING A HOLIDAY OR SALE!!!

MARCH MADDNESS, BRANDIVERSARY, & BLUE FRIDAY processing time is 15 business days we will work to get orders out as quickly as possible. Please understand these are our most anticipated sales of the year. All orders will be processed and shipped in the order they are received.

**If package is damaged during the shipping process forward photos within 24 hours after package has been delivered to info@shopmanekrush.com**

**If package in scanned in by USPS and lost/ stolen while in transit all packages are insured and you can file a claim @ usps.com **

**If address is incorrect, item is undeliverable, or there are any delivery issues you will be responsible for package to be reshipped. Please email info@shopmanekrush.com once package is received we can send a shipping invoice. Once payment is made package will be reshipped**

**Please keep in mind that our products are all natural and butters can melt during transit (Mane Tamer & Magikal Butter.) If product has liquified place in the refrigerator at room temperature for 2 hours and it will solidify (melting will not affect the quality of the product.)**
